Sinochem Lantian Taicang Base covers an area of 683 mu and is located in the Port Development Zone, Taicang City, Jiangsu Province, with an exceptionally advantageous geographical location. The base has fully equipped public utilities such as water, electricity, and gas facilities, along with a 1.5-kilometer Yangtze River coastline, providing extremely convenient storage and transportation conditions. Two companies are present in the base: Taicang Sinochem Environmental Protection Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taicang Environmental Protection") and Taicang Sinochem Lantian Environmental Protection Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinochem Lantian Environmental Protection").
Taicang Environmental Protection was established in October 2005. As an important fluorine chemical production base of the Group, it is dedicated to the research and development, production, and sales of substitutes for ozone-depleting substances (ODS) such as HFC-134a, HFC-125, and other series of products. Its products are mainly used in automobile air conditioners, household air conditioners, and other fields. It supplies high-end automobile brands such as Mercedes-Benz and BMW worldwide, as well as 80% of domestic automobile manufacturers. Adhering to the core value concept of "Science First", the company actively undertakes social responsibilities and conscientiously puts into action the environmental protection concept of "Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains Are Invaluable Assets". Sinochem Lantian Environmental Protection was established in November 2016 with joint funding from Sinochem Lantian and Taicang Chengtou Environmental Protection Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The company has built a 19,800-ton/year solid waste disposal system and a 3,500-ton/year liquid waste incineration system. These facilities primarily provide environmental protection services for waste-producing units in and around Taicang City, aiming to achieve the reduction and harmlessness of hazardous waste. The company is dedicated to regional environmental protection, offering professional solutions for hazardous waste disposal to cooperative enterprises and providing third-party supervision and emergency disposal services for environmental protection authorities, promoting the harmonious development of society and nature.
