Zhejiang Int’l Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Int’l Group) is a large scale state-owned listed company controlled by Sinochem Group, formerly known as Hangzhou Kaidi Silk Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Kaidi Silk) which was a pilot joint-equity company established under the approval of local authorities. It was registered on August 20, 1992 and went listed on July 16, 1996 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZ000411).


On December 30, 2001, Kaidi Silk controlled Zhejiang Int’l Medicine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Intmedic) through asset restructuring. On July 4, 2002, Kaidi Silk was renamed as Int’l Group under the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. In 2008, Int’l Group became a member company of Sinochem Group and ushered in new opportunities for development.


Int’l Group consists of three major business sectors---drug distribution, TCM industry and bio-device and establishes five business centers---drug distribution centre, TCM industrial centre, biological equipment centre, strategic support centre and marketing centre. It has more than 10 member companies in Zhejiang Province with a far-reaching in influence in the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
